Forn Tonico, an Alcossebre classic
Forn Tonico was a family restaurant specialising in baked rice dishes and traditional preparations cooked in a wood-fired oven. A rooted, hearty and tasty cuisine, appreciated for years by Alcossebre regulars.
It was located in the Las Fuentes area, very close to the beach and the marina. Alcossebre (also known as Alcocebre or Alcoceber) remains one of the most appealing gastronomic destinations on the Costa del Azahar, with a wide variety of restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine, rice dishes and fresh fish from the market.
Its wood-fired oven and family welcome made it one of the emblematic names in town. This page remains here in memory of Alcossebre's local gastronomy.
